Yes, there was a real Alfredo who ran a restaurant in Rome over 100 years ago. He invented the sauce and named it after himself … we think Alfredo would approve of our version – smooth and decadent cashew cream with earthy oregano and savoury basil. Plays nicely with fettuccine, proteins, rice and veggies.

Water, cashews, sunflower seed oil, arrowroot powder, basil, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, sea salt, ascorbic acid (Vitamin C), xanthan gum.

CONTAINS NUTS. Produced in a facility that also uses corn, soy and other nuts. Always refrigerate.
