NONA’S VEGAN CREAMY SUMMER COLESLAW
Ingredients
- NONA ALFREDO-STYLE SAUCE
- Purple cabbage, half a head
- Green cabbage, half a head
- Carrots
- Red onion
- Any other veggies you’d like!
Method
- Shred cabbage and veggies. (We used red and green cabbage, carrots, pepper, and red onion).
- Mix all together with NONA ALFREDO-STYLE SAUCE. Make sure to use enough to coat all the veggies well.
- Add a touch of oil, salt & pepper to taste.
