NONA’S STUFFED PORTOBELLOS
Ingredients
- Portobello mushrooms
- Your favourite NONA sauce
- Toppings (we used sun-dried tomatoes and chives)
Method
- Clean out your portobello mushrooms.
- Stuff with NONA sauce of your choice (We used CARBONARA-STYLE in this picture).
- Select and add toppings (we used sun-dried tomatoes and chives)
- Wrap in foil and bake or grill until tender.
- Serve, and devour!
