NONA’S STUFFED PEPPERS

Ingredients

  • Bell peppers

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Remove pepper lid (keep it!) and clean out peppers.
  3. Level off the bottom of the pepper if necessary so that it stands upright.
  4. Make NONA’s super easy risotto.
  5. Stuff the NONA risotto into your peppers and bake for about 20 minutes or until the peppers are browning.
  6. Experiment with adding other vegetables, walnuts, or lentils to the risotto before stuffing to customize your peppers!
  7. Buon Appetito! Enjoy!
