NONA’S EASY RISOTTO
Total time: 15 minutes (plus rice cooking time!)
- NONA ALFREDO-STYLE SAUCE
- Cooked rice (or try riced cauliflower!)
- Freshly ground pepper to taste
- Sauteed mushrooms (optional)
- Other Topping ideas: roasted tomatoes, fresh herbs, avocado, spinach, hot sauce*
- Cook your rice!
- Add your NONA ALFREDO-STYLE SAUCE. We used about ⅓ cup for 1 cup of rice, but you can use more or less! Taste it and see what you like.
- Top with mushrooms and any of your favourite toppings.
