NONA’S EASY RISOTTO

NONA’S EASY RISOTTO

Total time: 15 minutes (plus rice cooking time!)

Ingredients

  • NONA ALFREDO-STYLE SAUCE
  • Cooked rice (or try riced cauliflower!)
  • Freshly ground pepper to taste
  • Sauteed mushrooms (optional)
  • Other Topping ideas: roasted tomatoes, fresh herbs, avocado, spinach, hot sauce*

Method:

  1. Cook your rice!
  2. Add your NONA ALFREDO-STYLE SAUCE. We used about ⅓ cup for 1 cup of rice, but you can use more or less! Taste it and see what you like. 
  3. Top with mushrooms and any of your favourite toppings. 
  4. Buon Appetito! Enjoy your meal!
