- Fresh arugula (or sub spinach/lettuce)
- Sliced tomato
- Sliced purple onion
- Vegan egg of choice
- Freshly ground black pepper (optional)
- Spread the NONA CARBONARA-STYLE SAUCE on both slices of bread.
- Top bread with fresh arugula, tomato, purple onion, vegan egg of choice, black pepper, and your warm NONA CHEESY-STYLE SAUCE.
