Ingredients

  • Warm NONA CHEESY-STYLE SAUCE
  • *Avocado or vegan mayo
  • Bread of choice (we like it toasted)
  • Fresh arugula (or sub spinach/lettuce)
  • Sliced tomato
  • Sliced purple onion
  • Vegan egg of choice 
  • Freshly ground black pepper (optional)

Method

  1. Spread the NONA CARBONARA-STYLE SAUCE on both slices of bread.
  2. Top bread with fresh arugula, tomato, purple onion, vegan egg of choice, black pepper, and your warm NONA CHEESY-STYLE SAUCE
  3. Buon Appetito! Enjoy your meal!
