NONA’S “SEAFOOD” ALFREDO RECIPE

  1. Slice oyster mushrooms into 1 inch thick pieces, and boil for 20 minutes in a broth with kombu, veggie broth, 3 slices of fresh ginger.
  2. Drain the mushrooms (save the broth for soup!).
  3. Pan sear the mushrooms until golden brown.
  4. Serve mushrooms on zucchini noodles (or your favourite pasta) with NONA Alfredo-Style.
  5. DEVOUR!!
