NONA’S DUO-CHEESE-LESS LASAGNA

Ingrédients

Préparation

  1. Preheat oven according to noodle package.
  2. We like to use oven-ready rice lasagna noodles, but you can use whatever you prefer! (Tip: if you’re using oven-ready, make sure to use extra tomato sauce to ensure proper cooking)
  3. Begin to assemble!
    1. First layer: Tomato sauce
    2. Second layer: Noodles
    3. Third layer: Crumbled firm tofu & salt
    4. Fourth layer: NONA sauce Style-Alfredo ou NONA Style-Fromagée
    5. Fifth layer: Spinach (or veggie of your choice!)
  4. Repeat the above steps alternating between NONA sauce Style-Alfredo ou NONA Style-Fromagée until you reach the top of your baking dish.
  5. Bake as per the noodle instructions. Let sit before serving and then enjoy!
  6. Buon Appetito!
