NONA’S ANY VEGGIE SKEWERS

Ingrédients

Préparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400’F (or use your BBQ!)
  2. Wash and chop desired veggies (we used red onion, bell peppers, and smoked tofu).
  3. Place veggies/tofu in bowl and cover in a few tbsp NONA Style-Carbonara. This will act as your oil, and add extra flavour at the same time!
  4. Skewer your chosen vegetables and roast in pre-heated oven for 15-25 minutes, until the edges start to brown.
  5. When skewers are almost ready, heat the rest of your NONA Style-Carbonara sauce in a pan on low heat, gradually increasing the temperature until hot.
  6. Serve skewers on a plate with a bowl of warm NONA Style-Carbonara

Trucs et astuces

*We like the smokey flavour from the Carbonara, but feel free to replace it with NONA ALFREDO-STYLE ou NONA CHEESY-STYLE.
