NONA’S “SEAFOOD” ALFREDO RECIPE

Ingrédients

  • Oyster mushrooms
  • Kombu
  • Veggie Broth
  • Fresh ginger root, 3 slices
  • Zucchini noodles (or your favourite pasta)
  • NONA sauce Style-Alfredo

Préparation

  1. Slice oyster mushrooms into 1 inch thick pieces, and boil for 20 minutes in a broth with kombu, veggie broth, 3 slices of fresh ginger.
  2. While boiling, prepare your zucchini noodles or pasta.
  3. Drain the mushrooms (save the broth for soup!).
  4. Pan sear the mushrooms until golden brown.
  5. Toss your zucchini noodles with NONA sauce Style-Alfredo.
  6. Top noodles with mushrooms, and serve.
  7. DEVOUR!! Buon Appetito!
